First name and profile photo: Displayed in our member directory, visible only to other verified members. Profile photos require administrator approval before being shown publicly.
Last name, phone number, and email: Used only for administrative purposes. This information is never shared publicly or with other members.
Phone number: Used to verify your identity via SMS, and to send you meeting reminders and event notifications if you opt in.

We use Twilio to send text messages for identity verification and meeting reminders.
You choose how many days before each meeting you'd like to be reminded (1–3 days), or you can opt out of reminders entirely.
You can opt out of all text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message.
Message frequency varies; typically 1–3 messages per week during active study weeks.
Message and data rates may apply.

Our member directory shows only first names and approved profile photos.
No last names, phone numbers, or email addresses are ever displayed to other members.
All profile photos are reviewed and approved by an administrator before appearing in the directory.

Your data is stored securely on our private server.
We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with any third parties.
Only authorized administrators have access to your full contact information.
Data is transmitted securely using HTTPS encryption.

You may at any time:

Update your profile information (name, photo)
Change your reminder preferences
Opt out of text message reminders by replying STOP
Request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting the administrator

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
